I have this exam on Monday and about 200 pages of texts to read. The Nietzsche and Freud parts are pretty interesting/readable but some of the others are just… I don’t know. The funniest thing is that this teacher spent his classes talking about past lives and near-dead experiences and so on. I can only begin to imagine what sort of questions he’ll make.
Ahh, it feels great to be working towards your goals.
I’m going to be featured in this exhibition next Saturday. If you’re in Lisbon come and check it out! (I don’t know about the catering service but there’s probably something…)o(≧∇≦o)
Uh! I’m sorry if I’ve been neglecting pretty much everything lately, but I finally managed to get the research proposal for the scholarship done. Now I’m waiting for my-hopefully-soon-to-be-supervisor-teacher’s feedback. I’m still pretty bad at honorific Japanese, so I hope my emails haven’t been rude in any way… ( ；´Д｀)
And now back to focusing on drawing and painting!
And doing test-drills for English and Japanese exams.
Uh-uh! I have a report to submit until Friday, and I have no idea how to do it. The thing is that I asked this teacher to write me a recommendation letter for a scholarship I am applying for. I can’t afford to miss the deadline or he’ll be upset and write about how irresponsible I am.
Today it was the first time I walked into my university’s library this semester. And it was to check this auction on eBay on one of their computers. Que cultural da minha parte. ヾ(*´ー`)ノ
The physical contact doesn’t bother me, but it’s hard talking to the clients.
This weekend I went all the way north to Viana do Castelo. It’s a pretty place, but this time it was prettier than usual as everything was being decorated, since it’s Palm Sunday and there are festivities and a procession. Too bad I had to leave early in the morning and ended up not seeing any of that. (。┰ω┰。)
Today I woke up early to go jogging for the first time ever. Everyone at the park was so pro already, even people who were a lot older than me… Ups! But I suppose all of us are weak in the beginning. I’ll start by pushing myself gradually and it would be kind of cool if I can get to run a marathon next year. I just have to work hard until I’m like an Ancient Greece athlete. Gotta go fast!
